This is not e-learning (i.e. not a recorded tutorial or interactive presentation)! This is live training on-line, for you wherever you are. What topics are offered?To see what topics we offer, select your course of interest from our Training Courses page and go to the Virtual Training Topics section. What will I need?You will be invited by email to join a Microsoft Live Meeting at the agreed time. Please allow a few minutes for automatic set-up if you have not used this software before. You will need speakers and a microphone (built in to most laptops) or a headset connected to your computer. How do I arrange it?Select your topic from our training course pages and click the link to email us or phone to arrange a convenient time for your session. We will email you an invitation to an on-line meeting, lasting around 45 minutes. Shortly prior to the appointed time, click the Join Meeting link to allow your computer to make the connection, and the trainer will join you on-line. How does it work?The trainer will share their screen with you and talk you through the topic, while demonstrating the software. Periodically they will hand control over to you to let you try out exercises, reinforcing what you have learned. When the session is finished they will send the exercise files to you by email to have as a reminder, along with a course handout in PDF format.
