Philippa Nicholson - Managing Director.
Philippa is a qualified software engineer (CITP MBCS) and a European Computer Driving Licence Certified Training Professional. Her background includes software development in a wide variety of technical environments, and developing and delivering training in Microsoft Office products.
Her background in user training and support led to the development of the training business, with the aim of developing clients' confidence and independence in using computers. Her aim is to enable businesses and individuals to get the best return from their investment in IT, and use their equipment to benefit their business process. |

Lynn Atkinson - Technical Assistant
Lynn has worked in IT for 15 years, initially in a support role then more recently in database
development and website administration. Her role within Nicholson Solutions offers business administration
support to clients, to help with everyday tasks crucial to smooth running of a business and
streamlining procedures.

Margaret Timms - Business Admin Associate
Margaret has worked in the education and training world for over 20 years, and in particular has a wealth of experience in distance and online learning. She became an IT trainer in 2005 within the Further Education and private sector and also offers one-to-one tailor-made IT training for individuals. Since joining Nicholson Solutions she has carried out IT training as well as providing admin and marketing support for a variety of small companies. |

Teresa Gravelis – Associate Trainer
Teresa is an associate trainer of MS Office and MS Project for Nicholson Solutions. Teresa is an expert in IT services and has combined training and IT over a number of years throughout her career as a training consultant and IT manager. Teresa set up her own business GravTec Ltd in 2008 providing focused IT solutions for SMEs including project management and training. An asset to the team, Teresa contributes a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Nicholson Solutions training team. |

Susan Scott - Sage Accounts Trainer
Susan has over 20 years experience with Sage Accountancy & Payroll products. Her time with local accountancy firms has made her very knowledgeable when it comes to producing accounts and information required at key times such as financial and tax year ends.
Her role in Nicholson Solutions is to provide Sage Accounts and Payroll training either in groups or one to one. She can also assist with Sage set up, tailoring and troubleshooting.
