We provide live online tutor-led training to you wherever you are.

Our virtual classroom training gives you a convenient, secure and cost-effective alternative to gathering groups of staff.

Our online training sessions are designed to make training available to you in sessions that are

  • one-to-one or small group
  • short and to the point
  • at your own computer
  • at your convenience
  • solving your specific problems

  • What is live online training?

  • This is tutor-led training delivered via a virtual classroom, by trained learning facilitators. You join an online meeting, and participate in an ineractive learning experience.
  • What topics are offered?

To see what topics we offer, select your course of interest from our Training Courses and view the online topics. We can also cover any part of our normal course content, which is available on the course pages.
Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

  • What will I need?

You will be invited by email to join an online meeting (using Skype for Business) at the agreed time. Please allow a few minutes for automatic set-up if you have not used this software before.

You will need a headset connected to your computer.

  • How do I arrange it?

Select your topic from our training course pages and click the link to email us or phone to arrange a convenient time for your session.

We will email you an invitation to an on-line meeting, lasting around 90 minutes.

Shortly prior to the appointed time, click the Join Meeting link to allow your computer to make the connection, and the trainer will join you on-line.

  • How does it work?

The trainer shares their screen with you and talks you through the topic, while demonstrating the functions. They then give control over to you so you can try out these points and work through exercises, reinforcing what you have learned.

When the session is finished they send the exercise files to you by email to have as a reminder, along with a course handout in PDF format.
